A non-refundable fee of $500.00 will be required to obtain plans and specifications.

Plans and specifications MUST be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing Room 335 at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Newark, N.J. 07102.

Payment for plans and specifications to be check made payable to County of Essex or cash. A cash payment must be the exact amount. No change can be made or is available.

Plans and specifications are only available in paper form not electronic.

All plan holders from the previous solicitations are able to receive the newly advertised bid documents at no additional cost.

Addendum #1 has been issued to all plan holders 6/5/26.
