A non-mandatory Proposer's Conference & Tour scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the ECJDC located at 80 Duryea Street, Newark, NJ 07103. All Proposers must pre-register with the ECJDC for security clearance purposes before attending.
Requests must include full legal name, home address, name of company represented, business telephone number, fax number and email address. All participants must bring appropriate photo identification, such as a valid state drivers license. Cellular telephones, iPhones, tape recorders, cameras or anything considered to be a weapon are considered contraband and are not permitted in the ECJDC.
